Johnny Depp, one of the most versatile actors on the screen today, was born on June 9, 1963 in Owensboro, Kentucky as John Christopher Depp II. He goes by a couple of nicknames such as Mr. Stench and Colonel. We don’t want to ask anymore information about this.
He’s 5’10 inches tall and just about perfect all over.
He’s an actor and musician and has played many varied roles for which he has been nominated for three Oscars and many other wins and awards including the Screen Actors Guild Awards and some Golden Globe Awards.
Johnny Depp first came to our attention in the TV serious 21 Jump Street where he played a leading role. At this point in time, he became a teen idol because of his searing good looks. His first major role was the lead in Edward Scissorhands, Sleepy Holly, the Pirates of the Caribbean, Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, Sweeney Tood, Donnie Brasco, Blow,and Public Enemies.
He has been linked to supermodel Kate Moss and actress Winona Ryder, but since 1998, he has been in a long term relationship with the French actress and singer Vanessa Paradis. The two met when he was filming The Nineth Gate. They have two children together, Lily-Rose Melody Depp John "Jack" Christopher Depp III.
They live in the suburbs of Paris (Meudon) Los Angeles and a villa in Le Plan de la Tour, near Saint-Tropez. They also own a vineyard and grow grapes for wine. He also co-owns a restaurant with John Malkovich, Sean Penn and Mick Hucknall called Man Ray in Paris near the Champs Elysees.
